
HOW
TO PLACE AN ORDER
In this section
you will find a detailed description of how the ordering process
works from the time you enter our site.
To keep the ordering
process simple and intuitive we have made extensive use of "point
and click" technologies combined with a 'real-time' calculation
of orders (including taxes and applicable discounts).
To maintain
your security during your visit to our site we maintain our own
private netserver. We respect your right to privacy and have taken
all steps to ensure your personal information is kept strictly confidential
and at no time will you be required to submit any credit card information.
SIMPLE
4 STEP ORDERING PROCESS
STEP
ONE: SEARCH/FIND RESTAURANT or CATERER
1.
Select the
"Order Here" option located in the menu bar at the top
of your screen. Then simply complete the data fields to identify
your desired location, food preference, and the type of service
you are seeking.
Or if you already
know the restaurant or caterer you are looking for...
2.
Enter the retailers
full or partial name in the "Quick Find" box located at
the top of your screen.
A results
page will be generated listing all available retailers that met
your search criteria
STEP
TWO: SELECT A RETAILERS MENU
To begin ordering
select the live menu icon from
the retailers list of available services. A fully dynamic (live)
menu will appear with details of products, costs, and a real-time
calculation of your total order. This screen also includes valuable
links to maps, awards, and e-coupons that are currently available
for that specific retailer and displays the option to view Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner
menus that are available throughout the day.
Note:
Only items which display the 'item selection field' are available
to order based on the current time of day.
STEP
THREE: SELECT ITEMS FOR PURCHASE
Simply click the 'item
selection field' beside all the items you wish to purchase and see
the current cost of all items selected at the bottom of the menu.
Next, chose the service type you wish to use to get your order and
press the "Preview Order" button at the bottom of the
screen. A summary of your order along with all associated costs
will then be displayed. If all appears correct, complete the customer
contact form, identify your payment preference, and select the method
you wish to use to communicate with the retailer: "Online
Order" (order sent FREE to retailers fax machine)
or "Phone Order" (allows
you to read your order directly to the retailer). If you wish you
may also select to "Change"
or "Cancel" your order by
selecting the appropriate button.
STEP
FOUR: FINALIZE ORDER
1.
If
you selected to send your order by "Online
Order" (preferred method) you will see a final summary
of your order, your contact information, and restaurant details.
It is important at this time to double check that all information
is correct before clicking the "Send" button and
sending your order for preparation!
If you selected
to "Phone
Order" in your order, you will only see a final
summary of your order and the restaurant's contact information.
2. Finally, all
orders sent via fax will generate a unique
tracking number that will identify your request on our delivery
system. Please write this number down - it will help you/us trace
your order in the event of any problems. At this point a fax communication
is sent imediately to the retailer and an e-mail message forwarded
to your email address.
That's it!!!
Note:
Now make sure your (voice) phone number is free and you will receive
a call directly from the retailer to confirm your order and get
any additional information they may require to complete the order.
